These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Baji Long. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Baji Long platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Baji Long operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, IP address or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original may be closed and balances forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Baji Long support immediately at support@bajilong.biz. Baji Long will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions.
Baji Long reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — at any stage. This is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals held pending verification completion.
The minimum deposit at Baji Long is Rs 200. Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account reviewed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Baji Long targets withdrawal processing within fifteen minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative registered method may be used subject to support approval.
All transactions on the Baji Long platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Displayed amounts use comma-separated formatting (e.g. Rs 1,00,000). No foreign currency transactions are supported.
New players who make their first deposit of Rs 500 or more are eligible for the Welcome Bonus of 100% match up to Rs 20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon qualifying deposit. The Welcome Bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered twenty-five times before withdrawal.
All bonuses at Baji Long are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and not to the deposit. All bets placed at Baji Long are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or voided after confirmation unless an error by the platform is identified and confirmed by the Baji Long operations team. Players are responsible for checking their bet slip before confirmation.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game or bet market. The global minimum stake across all categories is Rs 10. Maximum win limits per single bet may apply on specific games — these are displayed in the game information panel.
All casino games available at Baji Long use certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested by recognised third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party, including Baji Long itself. In the event of a server failure, disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the outcome recorded by the server at the time of the fault will be the final result. Where no result can be determined due to a failure on Baji Long's systems, the bet stake will be returned to the player. Failures on the player's device, internet connection or power supply are not the responsibility of Baji Long.
Baji Long reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or terms that were clearly erroneous — for example, where a system error resulted in impossibly high or low odds being displayed. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player. We will always communicate clearly when such a decision is made.
The following activities are strictly prohibited at Baji Long. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, Baji Long may forfeit the account balance in full. Where closure is at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at any time. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Baji Long holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Baji Long's internal dispute process.

We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 working days.
